School Supply Lists
2023-2024
Our mission at West Middle School is to take responsibility, demonstrate respect, and produce results. With this goal in mind, we are requesting the following supplies to be purchased and brought to school by the first week of school.
6th Grade
- 5 subject notebook
- 1 marble notebook (any color)
- 1 classwork/homework folder (plastic)
- Earbuds (with microphone built in, can find these at Dollar Store, Airpods are okay)
- 2 pens (blue or black ink)
- 60 #2 pencils sharpened (these are needed especially for math class!)
- 1 zippered pencil case
- 1 package of either crayons, colored pencils or markers
- 2 glue sticks
- Scissors
- 2 highlighters (any color)
- 1 handheld pencil sharpener
- 2 large boxes of tissues
- 1 container of Clorox or Lysol Wipes
- 1 bottle hand sanitizer (Purell)
- Book Bag (no wheeled bags)
7th Grade and 8th Grade
- Book Bag (must be able to hang on the back of the chair) No wheeled book bag.
- Headphones with microphone
- 1 3-inch binder
- 8 plastic dividers with pockets
- Loose Leaf Paper
- 1 zippered pencil case with holes
- 2 boxes of pens (blue or black ink only)
- 2 boxes of #2 pencils sharpened
- 1 handheld pencil sharpener (self-containing)
- 1 pack of highlighters
- 2 pack of dry erase markers
- 1 scientific calculator (TI-34 multi-view)
- 1 TI Inspire Calculator for (Algebra Students)
- 1 bx colored pencils
PLEASE LABEL ALL SUPPLIES WITH FIRST AND LAST NAME PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. PLEASE REALIZE THAT THIS IS A GENERAL SUPPLY LIST AND YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A FEW ADDITIONAL ITEMS BY YOUR CHILD'S SUBJECT AREA TEACHER ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.
